Bei MyWay Athletics  kombinieren wir  verschiedene Ansätze zu einer Trainingsmethode.

Unsere Coaches legen großen Wert auf die Trainingsqualität, so dass du langlebige und nachhaltige Erfolge erzielen kannst.


Jede unsere Klassen hat einen der folgenden Fokus Punkte:

Kraft - Ausdauer - Skill - Weightlifting.

Jede Stunde beinhaltet außerdem ein Workout, um so möglichst viel aus einer Stunde Training herauszuholen. 

Durch die kleinen Gruppengröße wirst du optimal betreut, trainierst  jedoch nicht alleine.

Diese Art zu trainieren eignet sich als Ergänzung zu deinem momentanen Training (zB. Mannschaftstraining), ist aber auch als alleinstehendes Trainingsprogramm mehrfach die Woche geeignet.

Durch geschulte Coaches, kann es auch als Rehabilitation  nach einer Verletzung gezeilt eingesetzt werden.
